We are adding more recruiters to our Volume Hiring Team in the Philippines If you are a Talent Acquisition Associate or Specialist who wants to explore handling global volume recruiting with a dynamic team, this role is for you

Work Schedule: Night shift ( 9pm to 6am PH time)

Work Set up: Onsite ( Makati Circuit)

ELIGIBILITY: MUST BE A FILIPINO CITIZEN

Talent Advisors manage the full recruitment life cycle, where effective collaboration and communication with both the team and management are key to their success. From sourcing and screening to assessing, interviewing, and hiring, they play a vital role in filling diverse roles with varying needs and responsibilities

HOW YOU CAN HELP THE TEAM:

  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and generate daily recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Source candidates from different channels.
  • Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Administer and manage candidate assessments and testing processes.
  • Conduct interviews using structured techniques to ensure fair and effective evaluations. Evaluate applicants' qualifications, including technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs.
  • Ensure timely and efficient recruitment of candidates while consistently meeting hiring targets and goals.
  • Represent and promote the company's employer brand and reputation in all candidate interactions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or College level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  2. Minimum 2 years of screening and interviewing applicants in volume hiring recruitment (BPO setting strongly preferred)
  3. Customer Service Oriented with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills,
  4. The capability of effective planning and priority setting. Must demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  5. Healthcare background or experience preferred.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with recruiting job boards and HRIS
  7. Willing to work onsite in Makati daily
