The core mission of the IT Recruiter is to support the Talent Acquisition team in handling recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests. The IT Recruiter is also responsible for fulfilling IT manpower requirements across the organization, based on the required competencies and job qualifications outlined in the prescribed service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates across multiple channels to fill open roles efficiently.
  • Develop and execute new sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to expand the applicant pool.
  • Support Team Leaders in end-to-end recruitment: from phone screenings and interviews to onboarding.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment tracker/database.
  • Conduct initial interviews and present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, prepare necessary documents, and manage candidate communications.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every step.
  • Maintain and leverage a strong LinkedIn network for candidate sourcing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for North American clients.
  • Solid experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to conduct professional client meetings.
  • Comfortable working night shift to align with U.S. operations. Available to start immediately.
