Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Makati. The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role involves developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and maintaining a candidate database. Additionally, the recruiter will participate in employer branding initiatives and build strong relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and other Recruitment Tools
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the BPO or remote staffing industry is a plus
