Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employer branding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic about people operations, and has a flair for design and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
- Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.
- Support in organizing internal meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee files and ensure confidentiality.
Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Labor Relations Support:
- Assist in documenting employee concerns, inquiries, and incident reports.
- Help track and organize disciplinary records and corrective action documents.
- Support HR in preparing materials for employee consultations, meetings, or policy clarifications.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and workplace standards.
- Help maintain databases related to employee relations cases and grievance logs.
- Provide administrative support during investigations, hearings, or fact-finding activities (e.g., note-taking, scheduling).
Creative & Branding Tasks:
- Create visually engaging content using Canva for HR communications, job postings, and internal campaigns.
- Edit photos and short videos for recruitment promotions, team highlights, and company events.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding materials for social media and the company website.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions, especially recruitment and administration.
- Proficient in Canva and basic photo/video editing tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
