HR Consultant – Job Description
The HR Consultant provides expert guidance on Human Resources practices, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and assisting the organization in developing efficient and legally compliant HR systems. The role covers compensation and benefits, salary computation, employee relations, legal compliance, and overall HR process improvement. The HR Consultant evaluates existing HR practices, recommends solutions, and supports management in implementing effective and compliant HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and DOLE regulations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including accurate salary computation and payroll compliance.
- Review and enhance C&B structures to maintain competitiveness and legal adherence.
- Manage employee relations, contract reviews, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Conduct HR audits and recommend corrective and improvement measures.
