As our operations expand, we're strengthening our Human Resources team to support a growing workforce across Canada, the U.S., and the Philippines.
Position Summary
We are seeking a fully remote HR Coordinator based in the Philippines to support the day-to-day functions of our HR Team. This role blends administrative accuracy with creativity, supporting HR documentation, internal communications, engagement initiatives, and HRIS upkeep.
The HR Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate employee data, help build and update policies, and ensure Stallion's values are reflected in every internal touchpoint.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys bringing structure and culture together.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST.
Responsibilities:
- Policy & Documentation: Assist in drafting, formatting, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- HRIS Management: Keep employee data current and accurate across all HR systems (e.g., ATS, time-tracking tools).
- Culture & Engagement: Manage and maintain Stallion's internal culture calendar (birthdays, anniversaries, team events, etc.).
- Internal Communications: Design and share engaging HR graphics, announcements, and culture posts via Canva.
- Employee Insights: Compile and analyze feedback from engagement surveys and listening tools to inform HR initiatives.
- Project Support: Assist with onboarding, performance review cycles, and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or people operations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva (or similar design tools) preferred.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
