We are a growing Virtual Assistant Services company that connects skilled VAs with clients across various industries. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter/HR Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in sourcing and recruiting high-quality Virtual Assistants (VAs), managing HR-related functions, and maintaining strong communication with both VAs and clients. A background in client services, retention, or sales is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential Virtual Assistants to match client needs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new hires when needed.

HR & VA Management:

  • Provide performance feedback and guidance to VAs.
  • Address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution when needed.
  • Maintain and update VA records, evaluations, and documentation.

Client Interaction & Retention:

  • Collaborate with team members to understand role requirements and provide candidate recommendations.
  • Check in regularly with VAs for any concerns or support needed and come up with solutions
  • Assist in client retention by proactively addressing concerns and optimizing VA placements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or VA team management, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in client services, account management, or sales/upselling is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working for a VA agency or staffing company.
  • Familiarity with remote work trends and virtual hiring best practices.
  • Knowledge of performance management strategies and employee engagement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Willing to work at US time zone
  • Has no issues using trackers
  • Personal Desktop/Laptop with at least Core i5 or above (at least 4GB RAM)
  • High-speed and stable internet connection
  • Back-up Internet Connection
  • Wired headset with built-in microphone (preferably noise-canceling)
  • Back up or second location for power outage required
  • At least 2 references required for interview

Salary rate: $5/hr (negotiable depending on experience)
