Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated JR Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a volume agent hiring environment, a strong ability to connect with people, and a passion for finding top talent. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their recruitment expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating and conducting initial interviews.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the Recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience, preferably in BPO set up
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Willing to work full time (40 hours per week) on graveyard shift.

Schedule
