Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated JR Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a volume agent hiring environment, a strong ability to connect with people, and a passion for finding top talent. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their recruitment expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating and conducting initial interviews.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience, preferably in BPO set up
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Willing to work full time (40 hours per week) on graveyard shift.
