Job Summary:

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition to support our growing global team. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top virtual assistants, sales professionals, administrative staff, and other specialized roles for our international clients.

You'll play a key role in end-to-end recruitment support—from sourcing candidates and pre-screening applicants to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

THIS IS PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups).
  • Post and maintain job listings across multiple platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR and Marketing teams.
  • Handle basic recruitment documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (BPO or VA recruitment experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and online recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
  • Willing to work on a night shift (PH time).
