Job Title: HR Recruiter (Virtual Assistant)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter VA to manage the full recruitment cycle.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while also supporting overall talent acquisition strategies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and send job offers and assist with onboarding requirements as needed.
  • Support HR-related tasks when required.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR VA (BPO/Healthcare/Tech recruitment experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and online recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and applicant tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
  • Own Device required for back up / Minimum of 50 mbps internet connection required with back up
