About the Role:
We are urgently hiring an HR Manager who can start immediately. This is not a recruitment-heavy role but instead focuses on employee relations, case and discipline management, and leading our HR team. We're looking for someone who is professional yet approachable, someone who can handle sensitive matters with discretion, but also thrive in an intimate, startup-style team where adaptability and personality matter just as much as skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the HR team, ensuring consistent and effective HR operations.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
- Partner with managers and leadership to provide guidance on employee performance and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Oversee HR operations including engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and labor law compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
- Support leadership in fostering a positive, people-first culture across the company.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leader, with strong focus on employee relations and case management.
- Professional, polished, and confident, yet personable, approachable, and able to connect well with people.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; someone who does not lose track of tasks or let things fall through the cracks.
- Strong communicator who can balance diplomacy and assertiveness.
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a close-knit, startup-style environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO environments is a huge plus.
- Must be able to start immediately.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work US business hours.
- 100% Remote.
