
CRM Administrator – Recruiting Systems

We are looking for a CRM Administrator to manage, customize, and optimize our recruiting CRM platform. This role ensures data accuracy, supports recruiter productivity, and develops automations and reports to improve business insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically savvy, and motivated to help recruiters and leadership succeed.
Must Have's
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong technical proficiency with software, web services, and data tools
- Ability to generate and interpret CRM reports for business insights
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves/Preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or professional services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other enrichment tools
- Knowledge of integrations between CRM and ATS/email/marketing platforms

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Maintain, customize, and administer the CRM platform
- Implement improvements and upgrades to increase productivity
- Ensure consistent, accurate data entry and reporting
- Train new users and provide documentation for best practices
- Act as point of contact for CRM troubleshooting
- Generate and analyze reports for recruiting and business insights
- Build workflows and automations to streamline repetitive tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
