We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our organization. As our new HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that HR processes run smoothly, support the needs of the business, and contribute to a positive, compliant, and people-centered workplace.

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of HR processes and systems across both clinic and headquarters settings. This role ensures that HR operations run efficiently, support business needs, and remain fully aligned with company policies and all applicable labor laws.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the full scope of HR Operations, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and Hiring
  • Employee Lifecycle Management (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • HR Policy and Operations Processes development and compliance
  • Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • HRIS (Human Resources Information System) maintenance
  • Performance Management processes
  • Training and Development initiatives
  • HR Planning and Support

Key Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
