The HR Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to an assigned brand or division. This role focuses on HR business partnering, employee engagement, vendor management, and discipline management, while ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives at the store and brand levels.
The position plays a key role in maintaining positive employee relations, driving HR analytics and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and fostering a people-centered culture within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do- Act as HR Business Partner to assigned brand leaders, supporting operations teams on HR matters and people initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party manpower agencies, ensuring compliance, performance, and deployment accuracy.
- Lead employee engagement programs such as Kamustahan Sessions, Townhalls, and other HR-driven activities.
- Handle employee discipline management, ensuring due process and fair resolution of cases.
- Prepare and report HR analytics (attrition, retention, manning completion, and workforce insights) on a weekly basis.
- Support implementation of company-wide HR policies and projects.
- Foster strong employee relations in a unionized environment, ensuring positive labor–management engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Business Partnering, preferably from the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Experience working in a unionized company is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in employee relations, vendor management, engagement programs, and HR data reporting.
- Analytical, strategic, and people-oriented, with strong influencing and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS tools.
