WHO YOU ARE
You are the Human Resources Executive handling recruitment, staffing and operations of the Odd

You are the primary executor of HR processes that ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Your primary role is to uphold the systems and protocols that keep our team secure, compliant, and supported across all stages — from hiring to onboarding, payroll, and disciplinary processes. You also play a critical role in ensuring that employee-related communications and rules are cascaded clearly and upheld consistently.

Recruitment and Staffing
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and develop comprehensive staffing plans.
- Create and update detailed job descriptions that reflect current organizational requirements and competencies.
- Lead sourcing strategies including job postings, social media recruitment, referral programs, and partnerships with agencies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, interviewing, assessments, background checks, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes that facilitate seamless integration and accelerate new hire productivity, ensuring alignment with company needs and culture.
- Maintain recruitment analytics and reports to assess hiring effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
Employee Life Cycle and Operations
- Manage and administer attendance, leave management, employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and overall compliance with employment laws.
- Manage all aspects of employee compensation, including payroll processing, deductions, and input of expense liquidations. Collaborate closely with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing and proper alignment.
- Lead and address employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary documentation, including issuing NTEs and memoranda for employment violations or corrective actions in alignment with labor laws and internal policies.
- Ensure employment records are consistently updated and accurately documented within HRIS systems, memoranda, and compliance reports while maintaining strict data privacy and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports (headcount, attrition, payroll summaries) to help leadership make informed decisions and meet labor and internal audit requirements.
Policy and Compliance Management
- Assist in HR policy development, compliance audits and ensure consistency in employment practices, policy enforcement, and documentation across all of the Odd Group companies.
- Monitor employee adherence to internal policies and take proactive action to maintain accountability.
- Coordinate annual reviews and updates of internal policies to ensure alignment with current labor laws and best practices.
Asset and Resource Management
- Handle hardware procurement and custodianship of employment tools and gadgets, ensuring accountability and availability of company-issued items.
- Oversee storage and inventory tracking for all employee-related hardware and assets.
- Drive adoption of HR technologies to automate routine tasks and improve HR service delivery.
WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT
Your key competencies include strategic recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations and
conflict management, data accuracy and policy administration. You are expected to be:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of follow-through and compliance.
- Knowledgeable in labor laws, employee compensation and benefits, and HR documentation practices.
- Excellent in handling sensitive employment matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent and strong communicator who can draft clear, actionable memos and instructions.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and local branch leaders.
