Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Makati. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and strategies, conducting training programs, and handling employee inquiries and issues. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
  • Experience in conducting training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle employee inquiries and issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
