Human Resources Supervisor

Primary Role: Employee Engagement
The main goal is to drive employee retention, satisfaction, and productivity by fostering a strong organizational culture.
Develop and Implement Engagement Strategies: Design, coordinate, and execute programs, initiatives, and events aimed at improving employee morale, recognition, and well-being (e.g., wellness programs, service awards, team-building activities).
Culture and Communication: Act as a champion for the company culture, ensuring core values are communicated and embodied. Manage internal communications regarding engagement initiatives, company news, and employee achievements.
Feedback and Analytics: Conduct employee surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, annual engagement surveys), analyze the results, and develop action plans in partnership with management to address areas of concern.
Performance and Development Support: Collaborate with managers to promote effective performance management, including coaching, development planning, and career pathing, as key drivers of engagement.
Conflict Resolution and Relations: Serve as a resource for employees and managers to address workplace issues, promote fair treatment, and help resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Secondary Functions: Operations Support
This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR processes and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
HR Process Management: Assist in the administration and maintenance of core HR functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure all engagement and HR initiatives comply with company policies and labor laws. Assist in the documentation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores, participation in programs) to inform operational decisions.
Budget Management: Help manage the budget allocated for engagement programs and operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Key Competencies
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Essential for building trust and influencing positive change across all employee levels.
Analytical Skills: Needed to interpret engagement data and recommend effective solutions.
Event Planning and Project Management: Required to successfully execute engagement programs and initiatives.
Knowledge of HR Best Practices: A foundational understanding of employment law and HR operations is necessary for compliance.
