Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions within Metromart Technologies Inc., including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR strategies are aligned with business objectives to foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop strategies to attract top talent for both technical and operational roles.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies and labor laws.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive accountability and career growth.
- Partner with department heads to address performance issues and create development plans.
4. Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Develop and recommend reward and recognition programs.
5. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
6. Compliance and HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide regular HR reports and metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or startup environments.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital transformation or HR automation projects.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
