  • Identify training needs, especially in safety and site-specific skills.
  • Coordinate or deliver HR and compliance-related training.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling large-scale construction workforce (labor and technical staff).
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
