- Coordinate HR activities across various construction sites.
- Support project-based hiring needs by coordinating recruitment campaigns for skilled and unskilled labor.
- Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, site inductions, and compliance training.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in coordination with site supervisors and management.
- Promote a positive work culture and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping, and site attendance logs.
- Coordinate with payroll for site-level attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Support supervisors in evaluating site staff and implementing performance improvement plans when needed.
- Identify training needs, especially in safety and site-specific skills.
- Coordinate or deliver HR and compliance-related training.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling large-scale construction workforce (labor and technical staff).
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
