This position serves as a critical bridge between management, recruiting, and sales, ensuring that hiring pipelines flow efficiently, team KPIs are met, and company culture and compliance remain strong. You'll handle everything from conducting first-level candidate interviews to ensuring reports and performance metrics are completed daily, while coordinating closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
