Job Title:
HR Manager / Head of Human Resources

Location:
Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day onsite

Experience Required:
10+ years HR experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, and learning & development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements
  • Mentor and guide the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative department

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience, preferably in professional services or consulting
  • Proven leadership in managing HR teams and driving organisational initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, HR best practices, and hybrid work management
  • Experience with
    international clients is a must
  • Additional plus: experience in a company providing
    Employer of Record (EOR) services
  • Bachelor's degree required
