Located in Philippines, the position allows for some work-from-home flexibility. At initial stage, the role may have the flexibility in work as part time base or as individual contractor mode until the incountry entiry is set up. The pay is negotiable based on the agreed part time work load volume. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing in-country service capability, using digital platform. Additionally, the role involves customer communication asks and ensuring effective communication between the company and clients.

1.     Serve as the local service contact and interface with local customers or their representatives to handle all service-related inquiries or provide advice on CDP services.

2.    Act as the in-house country expert, providing support to internal teams to ensure local policies, regulations, and best practices are updated and implemented, including system updates and team knowledge sharing.

3.     Assume the role of country owner, actively participating in promoting CDP's capabilities, including marketing expansion, office establishment, presales activities, and other local activities and logistics.

4.     Collaborate with the local partner to ensure effective day-to-day management of clients/workers for all client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

5.     Work closely with CDP headquarters teams in China and service hub in Malaysia to manage ongoing contractual relationships and operational delivery of services to clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients and ensure customer success.

6.     Act as a key service provider in managing EOR (Employer of Record) and payroll services, adhering to corporate standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Qualifications:

Strong Analytical Skills and experience analyzing digital performance data

  • Excellent Communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
  • Project Management skills for overseeing and coordinating projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the country labor laws, payroll & social security policy and tax regulation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Language ability – English essential, Chinese Mandarin is plus.
  • Additional experience in the HCM industry is a plus
