About the Role

We're looking for an HR Assistant Manager – Business Partner who's ready to make real impact — not just managing HR operations, but actively driving change. If you're passionate about creating a better employee experience and aligning people strategies with business goals, this role is for you.

You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to co-create and implement HR strategies that help teams thrive. From people analytics to performance conversations, you'll be the go-to HR expert and trusted partner across the org.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic HR Partnering

  • Act as a key HR point-of-contact for business leaders and managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Drive initiatives in org development, workforce planning, and change management.

Employee Experience & Performance

  • Support and guide managers in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and feedback cycles.
  • Assist in performance management processes and development plans.
  • Champion programs that improve engagement, culture, and retention.

Talent Development & Recruitment

  • Partner with teams to attract and grow top talent.
  • Contribute to training, onboarding, and employee growth initiatives.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Use data and insights from HRIS tools to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Keep processes smooth, compliant, and people-focused.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role
  • Experience supporting managers and business units with strategic HR solutions
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • A people-first mindset and the ability to balance empathy with business priorities
