NOW HIRING: HR Team Lead (managerial level)

  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
  • Location: Chino Roces, Makati
  • Equipment: Provided
  • Compensation: Php 50, ,000
  • Start Date: Preferably, someone who can start immediately
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any Accounting-related course
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Supervisor or Assistant HR Manager
  • Strong background in recruitment, including Accounting, IT, and international roles (especially EU hiring)
  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Familiar with HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., Personio or similar systems)
  • Knowledgeable in PH payroll processing
  • Well-versed in Philippine Labor Code and employee relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
