Career Opportunity: Recruitment Lead, Onsite

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role within a third-party recruitment firm or RPO.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and lead high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and organizational skills.
