  • Onboarding: Lead the process of bringing new hires into the company.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases with candidate information.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure successful hiring practices and report on progress.
  • Market Awareness:Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and legal developments in recruitment.
