Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Supervisor to join our team in our main office in Malabon. This role requires a dynamic professional with experience in creating an effective organization and helps achieving the HR operation goals of the company. The ideal candidate will handle HR generalist tasks while also ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee orientations and training sessions.
  • Address employee concerns through counseling and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Support company-wide HR initiatives to promote employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably with bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR-concern roles.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • With strong work ethics, good attendance, and a positive work attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably with work experience in a warehouse office, manufacturing plant, or production facility as HR Officer or HR Supervisor.
  • Preferably with residence in Malabon, Caloocan, Navotas, or Valenzuela.
