The HR Recruitment Supervisor is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role involves managing a high-performing recruitment team, designing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring strict adherence to all hiring policies and compliance standards. The Supervisor will partner closely with department heads to anticipate and fulfill organizational manpower requirements, driving the company's growth through effective talent sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • Required Degree: Bachelor's in Psychology/HR Management/Industrial Engineering/ Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Recruitment Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience.
  • Management Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.
  • Tools: Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Photoshop/creative tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Filipino; other dialects are a bonus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, team management, and outstanding communication/presentation skills.
