Prepares disciplinary action to employee violations. Prepares Certificate of Employment. Monitors issued disciplinary actions to employees. Assess performance evaluation. Prepares Annual Report for DOLE. Prepares AWOL letters for direct employees. Training Conducts company orientation. Prepares proposal for training programs. Administrative Functions Process identification card of all direct employees. billing report to Accounting Department for other companies ID requisition. Safekeeping of the Employee Property Accountability Form (EPAF). Prepares proposal for company uniform procedures. Qualifications Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Industrial Psychology or any related course. With at least one (1) year experience in all facets of HR. Two (2) years experience as HR Supervisor. Has a strong personality. Able to plan and implement company policies and procedures. Organized and keen into details. With good communication skills. Able to multi-task and can deal with different people. Can handle pressure. Can start immediately. Willing to assign in Ortigas Pasig City #J-18808-Ljbffr
