Job Title: HR Supervisor – Recruitment Focus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor with a strong focus on recruitment to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our talent acquisition efforts — attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent across various departments to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements
  • Promote employer branding through social media and job platforms
  • Oversee daily timekeeping records and ensure compliance with attendance policies
  • Coordinate with department leaders regarding tardiness, absences, or schedule discrepancies
  • Prepare and consolidate data required for payroll processing and documentation
  • Initiate and implement employee engagement activities and wellness programs
  • Support employee satisfaction initiatives and team-building projects
  • Assist in performance monitoring and employee relations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Knowledgeable in attendance systems, labor laws, and HRIS platforms
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
