Responsibilities Supervise HR staff and oversee the day-to-day HR operations. Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals. Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees. Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination. Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies. Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and coaching. Develop and facilitate training and development programs. Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and company events. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 35 years of HR experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
