About the Role As the HR Supervisor for Talent Acquisition , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Walk EZ Retail Corp. by finding, engaging, and hiring top talent who live and breathe our brand values. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both retail and head office roles, ensuring that our stores and teams are powered by the right people, at the right time. This role blends strategy and hands‑on execution —from talent sourcing and employer branding to onboarding and process improvement. You’ll also supervise a small but mighty recruitment team, guiding them with structure, insight, and heart. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Leadership Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for both store and head office positions. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with manpower plans and seasonal business needs. Lead in delivering timely, high‑quality hires across multiple regions. Manage relationships with schools, agencies, and digital hiring platforms to widen our talent pool. Process Excellence & Employer Branding Streamline and standardize recruitment workflows, assessments, and reporting tools. Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Walk EZ Retail Corp.’s reputation as an employer of choice. Monitor recruitment analytics and conversion metrics; recommend data‑driven improvements. Stakeholder & Team Management Partner closely with Operations, Training, and Department Heads to forecast and address manpower gaps. Guide recruiters in best practices for screening, interviewing and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout all hiring processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role . Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi‑site operations preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and online recruitment platforms.
