Fairlight International Corp., a growing and dynamic organization, is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join our team. This position will play a key role in implementing policies, developing employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor will oversee daily human resources operations and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services and support. This position will play a key role in implementing policies, developing employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  2. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring and smooth integration of new employees.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  4. Monitor employee performance and assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  5. Coordinate training and development programs for staff across departments.
  6. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and legal manner.
  7. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and ensure proper documentation.
  8. Support top management in organizational planning and manpower forecasting.
  9. Lead initiatives for employee engagement, wellness, and morale-building activities.
  10. Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS or any digital HR tools is a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
