Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
- Act as the primary contact for all HR queries.
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure timely processing of HR transactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, promotion letters, and certificates.
- Update and maintain the organizational chart and employee IDs/access cards.
- Handle HR billings and Requests for Payment (RFPs) accurately and on time.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
- Ensure timely hiring based on manpower plans.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Support payroll processing and handle related documentation.
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and salary loans.
- Manage HMO and life insurance enrollment, updates, and termination.
- Coordinate requirements such as the Annual Physical Exam and BIR Form 2316.
- Prepare final pay computations and coordinate with Finance for release.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer due process for notices, performance plans, and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee clearance processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities, CSR projects, and company events.
- Support initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Help foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Other Tasks
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR regulations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, DOLE, government agencies like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR.
- Must have experience handling HR functions for employees of up to 350 headcounts/company size
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Experience in recruitment is an added advantage, particularly if familiar with recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
