Job Purpose :
To support and coordinate with Philippines projects for all HR-related matters, including payroll, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Process end-to-end payroll in compliance with local regulations;
· Handle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding;
· Hands-on experience in work visa (AEP & 9G) applications and processing for foreign employees
· Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes;
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records;
· Ensure HR practices comply with Philippine labor law and internal standards;
· Manage and track employee leaves, benefits, contracts, and attendance;
· Assist in performance appraisal coordination and HR reporting;
· Provide HR support to local staff and Chinese expats;
· Liaise with government agencies when required (SSS, PhilHealth, etc.);
· Other HR-related duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the Philippines
· Solid understanding of Philippine employment laws
· Proficient in Talent Acquisition (TA), payroll processing, and HR operations
· Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as need to communicate with the management of HQ China
· Culturally sensitive and familiar with local practices and working culture
· Knowledge of local work visa (AEP and 9G) application procedures is required
Experienced in handling payroll and tax calculations for expatriates
