We are looking for Junior and Senior Recruiters who will support end-to-end hiring for construction, engineering, technical positions, and client/account management. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

For Both JR & SR Recruiters

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction, engineering, and technical roles (e.g., civil engineers, project managers, QA/QC, architects, site supervisors, technical specialists).
  • Account management.
  • Conduct sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and culture alignment.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain applicant tracking documentation.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

Junior Recruiter

  • 1–2 years recruitment experience preferred (in-house or agency).
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting for technical, engineering, or construction roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn technical hiring.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Senior Recruiter

  • 3–5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in construction, technical, or engineering hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to advise hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to fill niche, hard-to-find roles.
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
  • Highly independent, organized, and strategic.
