YOUR IMPACT

A Sr. HR Benefits Specialist (Philippines Benefits) plays a crucial role in providing efficient and adequate human resources support to employees, managers, and other HR functions within an organization. They are often the first point of contact for a wide range of HR inquiries and transactional processes, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Process HR transactions efficiently, including: New hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations; Employee data updates; Benefits enrollment and administration; Leave management; and Payroll inquiries and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (both digital and physical) and utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage inquiries efficiently. Ensure data integrity through audits and assist with implementing HR technology.
  • Collaborate with HR functions, IT, and external vendors to resolve complex issues and escalate sensitive matters as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Generate HR reports for audits and operational needs, and contribute to process improvement. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Participate in team meetings to enhance skills.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in HR shared services.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems (SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.) and case management software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Significant HR Operations experience as a senior leader, particularly in Benefits Administration.
  • Demonstrated success in Process Improvement initiatives, ideally related to benefits, resulting in streamlined processes.
  • Strong capabilities in Stakeholder and Project Management.
  • Clear leadership presence and command.
