Job Summary

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Account Executive – Sales to manage and grow existing customer accounts. The role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, processing orders, monitoring account activities, and supporting clients' needs to drive repeat sales and long-term loyalty. Unlike Business Development, which focuses on acquiring new clients, this role emphasizes account servicing, retention, and upselling opportunities within established client portfolios.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule—with most days spent onsite for closer collaboration with colleagues and clients, while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work when appropriate.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales support.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services or products.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling account documentation and reporting.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to supporting clients.
  • Willing to follow a hybrid schedule, with most days working onsite in Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
