Job Description:

To lead and grow our medical equipment sales operations in the NCR area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with healthcare institutions, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution


Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals.

Identify new business opportunities and customer segments

Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned medical product lines.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (hospitals, clinics, procurement teams, medical professionals).

Conduct regular visits and product presentations to potential and existing clients.


Team Leadership


Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.

Market Intelligence

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Provide regular feedback and insights to product and marketing teams.


Reporting & Forecasting


Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.


Competencies


Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel within the NCR and occasionally to nearby regions.

Deep understanding of hospital procurement processes.

Experience in selling capital equipment and technical devices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused mindset and ethical sales approach


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
