HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Support recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating job offers.
· Work with the external service provider on pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
· Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
· Review the payroll calculations done by Service Provider, includingcomputation of government contributions, tax withholdings (BIR), and other statutory deductions, to ensure accuracy
· Support in administration of company benefits including health insurance, leaves, etc.
· Act as a key point of contact between team members and the leadership team, fostering positive workplace relationships and resolving conflicts.
· Oversee engagement initiatives to drive motivation, improve morale, and manage retention strategies.
· Address grievances and disputes and ensure timely resolution while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.
· Coordinate performance evaluation cycles, goal setting, and team member development plans. Facilitate performance discussions and feedback sessions when needed.
· Oversee day-to-day HR operations along with the external service provider, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution across all employee touchpoints.
· Do regular checks to ensure compliance with internal controls, HR policies, and labor regulations.Assist in internal audits and government reporting.
· Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and make sure that the final pay calculations in compliance with Philippine labor law.
Key Capabilities and Competencies
· Expertise in Philippine labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
· Familiarity with HRIS or HR management tools (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Workday, etc.).
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Exposure to working in a global environment
Qualification and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
· HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
· At least years of HR generalist experience in the Philippines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
