- College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
- Specializing in Timekeeping and Compensation and Benefits
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Must be highly adaptable and flexible with an exceptional ability to work under pressure.
- Must demonstrate good leadership and strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Willing to be assign in San Juan City
Job Description:
- Organize and manage employee records
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
- Addressing employee questions or concerns.
- Process employees government mandatory benefits enrollment.
- Answering benefits-related questions
- Coordinates with Government Agencies such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig etc. and ensure compliance in regulation and employees benefits.
- Facilitates the processing of employees company benefits.
- Prepares monthly mandatory remittances (contributions and loan payments.)
- Maintains record-keeping of vouchers pertaining to SSS and Pag-ibig employee loans and their corresponding updated balances on a monthly period
- Takes charge of processing the Sickness/Maternity Notification and Reimbursement computation.
- Enrolment for new employees to HMO and cancelation for resigned employees
- Ensures on-time processing of billing payments.
