
HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor supports the HR department by overseeing daily operations and ensuring HR practices align with the organization's goals and compliance requirements. This role manages HR staff, assists in policy development, employee relations, and oversees various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead HR team members in daily tasks, ensuring timely execution of HR operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR-related KPIs to track departmental and organizational performance.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management based on KPI trends (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, training completion, engagement scores).
- Facilitate regular KPI review meetings with HR staff and other departments to promote continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Administer HRIS data management, ensuring accuracy of employee records.
- Collaborate with management to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in audits, investigations, and disciplinary processes as required.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HR team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Administer performance management systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
- Participate in audits, investigations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
