Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation.
  • Support in administering disciplinary actions in coordination with HR management.
  • Assist in conducting employee orientation, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Provide guidance to deployed employees on HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records (contracts, disciplinary actions, etc.).

Client Coordination & Operations

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the agency regarding employee performance, attendance, and other work-related concerns.
  • Assist clients with HR-related documentation such as contracts, reports, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure manpower requirements are met on time.
  • Address and document client feedback, ensuring proper resolution and follow-through.
  • Help manage smooth deployment and replacement of employees as required by clients.

Timekeeping, Payroll Support & Compliance

  • Monitor and validate employee timekeeping and attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with Accounting/Payroll teams for salary concerns, government remittances, and deductions.
  • Support compliance with labor standards, DOLE requirements, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience preferred (experience in recruitment/manpower agency is an advantage).
  • Knowledgeable in employee relations, labor laws, and HR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel and coordinate with clients and deployed employees in various sites.
  • With motorcycle or any transportation vehicle is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
