Key Responsibilities:
- Collect payments and issue official receipts.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and prepare collection reports.
- Coordinate with Accounting and other departments for account reconciliation.
- Maintain good client relationships and handle collection inquiries.
- Ensure timely remittance and accurate documentation of all collections.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level in a business-related course.
- With or without experience (experience in collection is an advantage).
- Trustworthy, organized, and good in communication.
- Willing to travel for field collections.
