Finance and Accounting Officer (Davao Base)

QROI Networks Services Inc. (QNSI) is a leading telecommunication services provider in Philippines and has a presence in other Asian Countries such as Indonesia and Myanmar. QNSI provides telecommunication services; Implementation, Planning and Optimization, Project Management for all Major Telecommunication Vendors in Philippines and our core activities are deployments of highly competent field teams in Luzon and other parts of Philippines.

QNSI recently inked a huge Operations and Maintenance Project with a prominent Tower Company for our Mindanao Expansion. One of the urgent requirements to fill is for the role of a Finance and Accounting Officer. Candidate we are looking for must have the "can-do" attitude, enthusiastic and can handle high pressure work environment. Someone who can work independently and knows how to trouble shoot pressing situations.

Requirements

· Graduate of Accountancy from a reputable university

· CPA would be a big PLUS

· Minimum 5 years of solid and progressive career within Accounting/Finance Department

· Has worked in a Multinational Construction or Telecommunication company with at least 300 employees

· A strategic, logical and creative thinker

· Can turn great ideas into reality and with sound leadership skills

· An ally of numbers and figures and translate them into fluid resources

Willing to be assigned at our Regional Office In Davao (Staff house will be provided, 1 Return Ticket per year of service)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of a Multinational / Cross Cultural organization on the following scope:

· Accounts Payables

· Lease and Utilities Payments (Cell Sites)

· Accounts Receivables

Liquidations of Cash Advances (auditing of receipts)

· Billing & Collection

· VAT, Tax schedule and remittances

· Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Chart of accounts, Cost Center Mapping

· Company internal and external Financial Report

· Third Party Interface for all Financial matters such as BIR

· Payroll, Cash Advances and Liquidation

· Financial Report, Business Permit
