  1. Ensure that all billings are received by clients in a timely manner.

  2. Determine accounts with accumulating overdue and take the necessary steps to collect dues immediately.

  3. Monitors clients aging transaction.

  4. Maintains an accurate and up to date record of open accounts of clients. Be able to identify the reason for credit hold and justification for credit lift.

  5. Ensure that all necessary follow-ups and coordination with client and other departments in the company has been done to resolve collection issues (wrong billing, no PO, wrong discount, long overdue transactions, lost invoice, etc)

  6. May do other functions related to the collection as the need arise.

QUALIFICATION:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related field.

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  3. With at least 2 years' experience in collections (gained from banks and other financial institution).

  4. Excellent organization skills and attention to details.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  6. Willing to work in Makati City.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday
