WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9AM-6PM)

LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing and Collection Staff to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate billing statements, managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure proper posting of payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment histories.
  • Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection status.
  • Assist in month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
