Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager (RM) manages the Relationship Management Unit (RMU) in charge with the acquisition, activation, reactivation and developing growth-driving activities for the Loan Consultants. RM coordinates the recruitment from the branches and monitor leads generation of Branch Managers and is responsible in the onboarding, orientation and regular training of the Loan Consultant.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for getting and achieving sales target from the Loan Consultants (LCs)
Establish contact and follow up recruitment target from the Branches set by the Marketing Head.
Services existing LCs, developing and reactivation of Inactive LCs.
Drives effort and initiates LC Generation Activities.
Generate sales growth by studying the existing output and behavior of LCs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Report recruitment and sales numbers to Marketing Head
Handle Relationship Associate to help the RMU unit in its activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales/relationship management preferably as Unit Manager of insurance companies.
- A strong background in new partner accounts acquisition
- Team player and a self-starter with stellar sales track records for driving sales
- Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
- Prospecting & cold calling experience.
- A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities.
- Good communication & listening skills to understand a customer's needs and tailor a relevant pitch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
