LC Relationship Manager is responsible for handling existing and newly recruited Loan Consultant. He will oversee and handle all related concerns under the wing including but not limited to; development and retention of all recruited Loan Consultant and leadership among others.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Plans and coordinates action plan to respective units and departments.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to enhance company's offerings.
  • Manage revenue performance of LC and increase the Loan Consultant (LC) Portfolio to sustain the company's growth.
  • Proactively engage active, inactive and newly recruited LC and generate releases.
  • Handle all LC related concerns and resolutions (e.g. retention, development, coordination, proposals)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in related field. At least 1-2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and revenue growth.
  • People management skill.
  • High energy and proactive personality.
