DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead IT Projects: Plan, implement, and manage IT projects, including defining scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.

Team Management: Oversee all IT teams/staff, providing direction and support while coordinating with the Development Team.

Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, schedule timelines, and track deliverables.

Monitor & Report Progress: Ensure quality assurance, monitor project status, and report progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.

Manage Changes & Evaluate Outcomes: Implement project changes, assess results, and perform additional tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: High-level problem-solving skills, quick data analysis, sound decision-making, risk identification, and management.

Effective Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication, skilled in negotiation, conflict management, and translating technical requirements for internal teams and clients.

Leadership and Team Management: Experienced in task delegation, motivating and influencing teams, leading through challenges, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Adaptability and Stress Management: Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, adaptable to changing environments, patient, and tolerant under high-stress situations.

Technical Knowledge and Project Expertise: Advanced understanding of IT development cycles, web-based and API-driven project development, with at least 6 years of project management experience.

Project Management Proficiency: Solid knowledge of project management theories, techniques, and tools, with proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and proficiency in project management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
